1. Nature of Products Available in the Store
In our store, we offer two types of main products:

Custom indicators and robots: These are products developed based on the customer’s request and specific specifications, requiring time for implementation.
Each product includes a detailed description specifying its functions and operating requirements, including whether it works on MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5, or both. Please make sure the product is compatible with your system before purchasing.
2. Ordering and Purchasing Policy

Ready-made Orders:
You can purchase ready-made indicators and robots directly from the site. After payment, you can immediately download the product from your account in the store.
Ready-made products are not returnable or exchangeable except in cases outlined in the refund policy. -
Custom Orders:
Custom orders require a period of several days to a few weeks, depending on the project’s complexity.
Updates on the progress of the work will be sent as per the pre-agreed terms.
Once programming has started, the order cannot be canceled, so ensure that you specify your requirements accurately before ordering.
The final product is delivered after testing and ensuring it meets the required specifications.
3. Refund and Return Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable, except in the following cases:

All customers receive free updates for the product purchased as long as the updates do not require substantial changes in the programming structure.
If major updates are released that affect the product’s functionality, a small fee may be charged for the updated version.
Technical support is available to assist with running the products, but it does not include reprogramming or adding new features without additional charges.
